First run of 2019

Great first run of the year, 40 minute tempo run covering 4.49 miles. That was made up of a 4 minute slow jog, 15 minute run, 3 minute slow jog, 15 minute run and finished with another 3 minute slow jog.

I rang my work on the way back from my run to see what time I was in and it turned out I’m not back until next week, How cool is that 🙂

Glad to see my weight had dropped again, only a couple of lbs but at least it is going in the right direction, got to lose all that Christmas weight 🙂
