50 Minute Tempo run

Today was a fantastic day, It took a while to get my butt out the front door but when I started I really enjoyed myself.

I even got a good pace at times, better than I was aiming for.

I started with a 5 minute warm-up jog, this was easy to go slow as I had just started, I then jumped into a 20 minute steady run which was great, 5 minute slow run again, 15 minute steady run and finishing off with a 5 minute cool down jog then the walk home.

Wow it was so good to have a fun run after Sunday, I am looking forward to tomorrows run.
