Todays run was a 40 minute tempo run. I always look forward to my tempo runs as I get to push myself. I could not run as fast on the second half of the run but still put in good effort – 4.83 Miles, 8:17 Average pace.
I started off with a 4 Minute jog, then 15 Minute run, another 3 Minute jog, followed by a 15 Minute run and finishing with a 3 minute jog.
My Sports Tracker app tells me it’s my 2nd fastest run on this route, not sure if that’s good news – Should I not be getting faster and not slower lol
Next week I will do better 🙂
