Today was a 5 mile easy run.

Todays run was great, It was a little chilly to start but I soon warmed up.

Listening to my music I ran 5 miles in 46.11 minutes with a 9:13 average pace.

I so hope the weather stays this nice for as long as possible because you just can’t help but smile as you run in nice weather 🙂

I got an email from the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, They are going to send me a running vest for my Marathon which is fantastic.
