What a fantastic day for jogging, The sun is out but with a lovely breeze that kept me cool during my jog, If only every day was this nice 🙂

I completed 2 miles in 20 minutes which is fantastic for me, I used my watch again as still having issues with the phone app, Maybe I should read the instructions???

My daughters and wife did not want to come jogging with me but when I finished my jog and offered them a cuddle they all ran lol
