Today I had a good run, It was the perfect weather for it, warm with a cool breeze.
I have just started a 20 week Marathon training program on Runkeeper, Day 1 (today) was a 5 mile easy paced run between 9 and 10:30 minutes per mile pace which I found very easy to follow.
Distance 5.02 mi – Pace 9:26 /mi – Time 47m 23s
When I got back home I made a batch of chicken curry up for myself for the week, the chillies had no heat so the curry was not spicy but tasted very nice 🙂
I was supposed to make 16 portions of curry but I only managed 12 portions – I was however aiming for 10 portions of rice and got 12 so all worked out. half will go in the freezer and the rest in the fridge.
That’s my food sorted for the week so I only have to worry about cooking for my family now, Wednesday is home made pizza – hope they like it 🙂
