Wow, it was so nice to see the good weather back, So with my sun glasses and sun cream on I did a quick warmup and off I went!!!

ok so maybe I wont win any prizes for speed but I was still impressed with myself, 8 miles in 1 hour and 5 minutes, average speed of 8:11 minutes per mile, Now if only I could do that kind of speed on the day of the marathon I would be laughing. I am still dreaming of a sub 4 hour marathon although I think realistically it would be about 4 hours 20 but I like to dream 🙂

I do feel fantastic for doing the run today, next Sundays long run is on a different route with a few hills so will be a challenge for me and great practice.
